Return policy

In Apmats, our first priority is customer satisfaction And we stand behind our product quality. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return from us within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns:

• Items must be unused, undamaged and should be in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) and opening video of packaging is required for return.
• The product will be exchanged in the case of manufacturing defaults or wrong-delivered items.
• For some exception cases return can be process.
• Customised or special order products are not eligible for return.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to company error.

Refund policy

Once your return is received by us, our team will notify you about the approval or rejection of your requested Refund. If approved, refund will be processed within 7 to 15 working days by the original payment method.

Important Notes:

• Refunds will be issued only for eligible returned products.
• Shipping charges are non refundable
• In case of COD (cash on delivery) orders, refunds will be transferred by Bank transfer or by Store Credit.
